SPOTISELF - a digital platform for career education
SPOTISELF is the first continuous career planning programme to help schools develop students' general competences and career planning skills.
The programme is made for students in grades 8 to 12 and encourages them to learn about themselves, develop competences and make a study or career decision in a step-by-step approach.
SPOTISELF is based on the principles of critical thinking education aimed at arousal, meaning and self-reflection.
The SPOTISELF platform is developed by professionals from psychology, education, programming and other disciplines, with AI helping to grow the platform. A digitised platform works well even with a high volume of active users.
The programme includes:
- 3D personality and career test, developed and validated with researchers from Vilnius University;
- Interactive individual and group tasks;
- Career plan;
- Personal achievements portfolio;
- Calendar for booking consultations.
