The Maison de l'orientation (House of Guidance) is a state administration that brings together in one place public actors active in the field of educational and career guidance. The Maison de l'orientation is open to any citizen seeking advice on educational and vocational guidance to better identify his or her abilities, skills and interests, and to take decisions on the choice of studies and training, as well as on professional projects.

The Coordination Service of the Maison de l’orientation coordinates participation in European and international networks on educational and career guidance, such as Euroguidance and Academia.
